The trick in a nutshell
Follow the steps below and make the chain magically slip out of the ring and the ring hook itself onto the chain – as if by magic!
Performance sequence
- Thread the chain through the ring and ask a spectator to spread their hands and hold the chain on two outstretched thumbs.
- Take the ring and ask the spectator to join their thumbs inside it.
- With a decisive movement, pull the chain towards you. To everyone’s surprise, the chain will slide out of the spectator’s hand, as if it had passed right through their fingers.
