Number of pieces

The maximum number of pieces that can be sent to you is 20. Requests will not be considered if: the requested number of pieces exceeds 20, the request concerns a product that is not covered by this service or if we run out of supplies.

Technology

We would like to inform you that for technological reasons there might be slight differences in color or shape of a sent element. However, the discrepancies should not influence the visual effect of the entire picture after filling in the lacking parts.

How to find a missing piece of your Trefl Prime puzzle?

1.Solve the puzzle

Solving it will help you identify the placement of the missing piece(s).

2.Find the product code on the packaging

The product code consists of 5 numbers and is placed on the side of the box, next to the barcode. It is crucial for identifying the missing pieces of your puzzle.

3. Identify the missing elements of the puzzle

Count the pieces from left to right to learn the A column number and from top to bottom to learn the B row number.
Then, write down the obtained result in “Positions of missing elements”. Each position (from 1 to 20) is meant for one piece.
