The magician guesses the spectator\u2019s choices as if reading their mind!<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>The Mechanism<\/h2>\n<p>Reveal the symbols chosen by the spectator by observing the marks hidden on the back of the cards.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>How the trick works<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>You and the spectator each take five cards with the same symbols. Set aside the card that has a symbol printed on both sides.<\/li>\n<li>Ask the spectator to shuffle their cards.<\/li>\n<li>The spectator chooses a card and places it face down on the table, as shown in the illustration.<\/li>\n<li>Looking at the back of the spectator\u2019s card, which is lying on the table, select a card with the same symbol from your deck.<\/li>\n<li>Place your card next to the spectator\u2019s card, face down, as shown in the illustration.<\/li>\n<li>Continue until all the pairs of cards are on the table.<\/li>\n<li>Together with the spectator, turn all the cards over.
