The spectator thinks the ball is in your left hand, but you are actually holding it in your right. Put your clenched left hand into your left pocket and tell the spectator that the ball will pass through the fabric. Start rubbing the outside of your trousers with your right hand. With your left hand (which is in your pocket), catch the ball from your right hand through the fabric of your trousers. For added effect, you can show the spectator that you don\u2019t have the ball in your right hand \u2013 it is hidden between the layers of your trousers.
